How many samples, trials, paint types ( dyes, tints and stains)
does it take to get the right shade of purple???
No Joke!!! I lost count.
Frustrating was the process..
The dyes and tints, when they dried
did not come close to what it looked like wet.
I use wood dye in browns, blacks, and grays with success.
After torturing myself I went moved back to a stain process that I love,
and can manipulate til it’s what I want.
