How do you make sure all of your guests (and/or kids) have something to eat? even with dietary restrictions?
I started cooking very simple entrees, steak, chicken, fish, even tofu, and then I played with sides, toppings and sauces. Guest can make their dish as spicy or saucy as they like. Onion? NO onion! Everyone is happy!
